So, for my early Christmas Dinner I was going to make a pot roast. However the pot roast that I was going to cook had a smell to it, so I threw it out. I pretty much made the same thing I said I was going to make I just used a different meat. The meat I used was the flanken beef ribs. And I made it with potatoes,onions,and carrots, with kale greens on the side. .Overall it came out really good, the meat falling off the bones,and potatoes and carrots delicious.
