So I’ve heard lot about the impossible burger. I’ve been wanting to try it for a while. I haven’t been able to eat burgers because ground beef messes up my stomach. So I’ve been trying to find a substitute for it.I am going to make an impossible burger today. And for the side I am going to make Petite Potatoes from Private Selection that you put in microwave. It’s Potatoes with smoked gouda,onion and thyme.i am really nervous about the impossible burger, wish me luck. I hope I like it.
So on the 22nd I made chicken,red beans and rice with Corn on the cob. It turned out really good . I love red beans and rice, it’s my favorite thing to eat . The chicken was delicious.i wanted to cook wings but the store didn’t have any. I could taste the lemon pepper seasoning but it wasn’t overwhelming. This was a great dish and I really enjoyed it.
Today I going to cook dinner. I’m making chicken,corn on the cob, and red beans&rice. I seasoned the chicken with garlic powder, onion seasoning, lemon pepper,and seasoning salt. I’ll take a picture when I finish cooking.
So today for dinner I had leftovers from yesterday. Yesterday it was the first time I cooked in A week. Last week with everything going on I just didn’t feel like cooking. So yesterday I made cilantro lime rice and oxtails. The oxtail came out nice and tender. And I cooked my favorite brand of rice Zatarian. Cooking in the kitchen helped me get my mind off of everything going on,but just briefly. I don’t think I am going to cook anything for tomorrow, but we’ll see what happens.
Today I decided to make beef shank with potatoes and white rice. Overall it was a great dinner. I boiled the beef shank for a couple of hours until tender. And then I added cut up potatoes. For seasoning I used onion powder,garlic powder,seasoning salt,black pepper, a little bit of cumin, a little bit of red cayenne pepper and curry powder. I am also eating some mango spears on the side. Mango is one of my favorite fruits . I have no idea what I am going to make tomorrow. But I am going to relax and enjoy my food and continue watching the Avengers.
Today for dinner I just decide to have leftover pinto beans and I cooked pork steaks to go with it. I wasn’t in the mood to cook a big meal. I just seasoned the pork steak, nothing to crazy or fancy today. But i did remember to take a photo of it. Tomorrow I am thinking about making shanks with some greens, we’ll see what tommorrow will bring
Hello Everyone! Today for dinner i made ribs,mash potatoes,pinto beans, and shrimp for dinner. I forgot again to take a picture, but next time i’ll make sure to take a photo so you guys can see it. I have really come to love pinto beans a lot. pinto beans are really good. i also like black beans, and black eye peas. For the ribs i used beef ribs with sweet baby rays barbecue. I really really love sweet baby ray barbecue sauce especially the spicy barbecue. I prefer beef ribs over pork because i am not really big into pork. And i made mash potatoes with out gravy. i typically make mash potatoes without the gravy . Overall dinner was pretty good. I have no idea what i am going to make for dinner tomorrow.I guess we will just have to see what tomorrow will bring. I just love to cook. The kitchen is my favorite place in the house. Can’t wait to show you what i cook tomorrow.
For dinner I made some black eye peas, green beans, potatos,onion and bacon together with cornbread on the side. I am hungry and ready to eat. Hope everyone is having a good day ,please be safe.
Overall I really enjoyed this Universal Box. I’ve always wanted to go to France and this box is making me want to go even more. One of my favorite snacks was the Raspberry mini roll. I love the sweetness of it. Another good snack i loved was the Truffles Bar by Mathez. I am a big fan of chocolate and it was very chocolatey. And the Tete Brulees, when they say that its sour sweet they ain’t lying. The sour sweet hits you like a ton of bricks. The Sibell Chips Saveur Vinaigre which are vinegar potato chip, test just like your typical vinegar Potato Chips but they were good. Another favorite was the Les Sables de La Mere Poulard butter Biscuits. The taste of them reminds me of the danish style premium cookies that everyone gets during the holidays. Overall this box was really good and I really enjoyed it. I think the next box is going to be Brazil, but we will see.
This month Country is……. France! France has been a place that I have dreamed of going to since I was a kid. Let’s dig in and see what we got.
